The data collected by this technology is encrypted and kept strictly confidential. We use this technology in accordance with New York, North Carolina and Federal Law.

Be further advised that ALL client communications with the Firm are kept confidential and remain privileged. 

If you are communicating with the Firm from a jurisdiction that requires all parties to consent to recording, or if you have any concerns about our use of AI transcription technology, please let us know immediately.  Otherwise, your consent to our use of AI transcription technology will be assumed by your participation in any oral communication with the Firm.
